Scott is an environmental scientist. His responsibilities with Sphere 3 include storm water pollution prevention, environmental site assessments, identification and evaluation of sensitive natural resources, mapping environmental survey sites, permitting and compliance evaluations for new and existing facilities and hazardous substance sampling and disposal.

As an environmental scientist, Scott has conducted and participated in a wide variety of industrial and natural resource compliance issues. Scott has experience working directly with corporate leaders and facility personnel to identify and address environmental compliance issues. He also has experience working with many federal and state agencies. He has a diverse background with experience in oil and gas exploration, chemical transportation, bulk storage, automotive and forest resource industries.
