Jay is an archaeologist for Sphere 3 Environmental Inc.  He is responsible for the planning and implementation of cultural resource investigations and evaluations. He ensures compliance with special conditions of permitting and legal requirements. In addition, he assures technical quality of the data and correct preparation of site records and inventories for curation.
